All files and material will become the property of the ProgressCodes until settlement has been made in full.
      • We shall have no liability to the Client or any third parties for any damages, including but not limited to claims, losses, lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or website.
